Little Ninjas is a fun, energetic and action-packed programme designed to help children build confidence, coordination, balance and fitness through boxing and kickboxing. Using exciting games, pad work and age-appropriate activities, children develop discipline, focus and new skills while staying active, making friends and having fun in a safe, supportive environment.

Junior Combat is designed for young people ready to take their training to the next level. Combining boxing and kickboxing techniques with fitness, pad work and high-energy drills, sessions focus on building strength, speed, discipline and confidence. Whether you're a complete beginner or looking to sharpen your skills, Junior Combat is all about getting fitter, learning new techniques and challenging yourself in a motivating, supportive environment.
